MLOps Engineer

SkyeTec develops and delivers agent-based AI to organisations with requirements for security, control, and scalability. We take technology that is often experimental and make it production-ready. As an MLOps Engineer you build and operate the pipelines that make models and agents actually withstand production. You make sure what works in an experiment works just as well once it runs in production at the customer. What you will work on - Build CI/CD pipelines for models and agents, with versioning, evals, and rollback - Set up observability and telemetry so we know what the agents do, why, and what it costs - Industrialise inference and compute, in the cloud and toward Norwegian infrastructure where it fits - Automate what is otherwise done manually between prototype and production - Work closely with data scientists and the platform team Who we are looking for - Experience taking ML or data-heavy systems to production and operating them - Comfortable with containers, Kubernetes, and cloud, especially Azure - Familiar with MLOps and LLMOps tooling, pipelines, and monitoring - Python and infrastructure as code - Systematic, operations-minded, automates rather than doing things by hand We build AI meant to run in production, not just in a demo. You build the pipelines that keep it up.
