New CEO in SkyeTec

By Mie Marielle Øverås Vitting · Product Designer

The Board of SkyeTec AS has appointed Anders Thulin Røkke as Chief Executive Officer. Heidi Kristin Haugen, who has led the company until now, will move into the role of Executive Chair of the Board.

Anders joined SkyeTec as Chief Growth Officer in June and takes over a company that has undergone significant development.

SkyeTec enters a new phase

SkyeTec was founded in March 2020 as a centre of expertise in cloud and infrastructure, where infrastructure as code was a natural part of everyday operations. That technical foundation remains essential to understanding the complexity of customers’ environments, while the company has continued to evolve within AI, agentic solutions and autonomous business solutions. Today, SkyeTec challenges its customers on business development and helps organisations change the way they actually work through AI and agents.

Extensive experience in growth, security and technology

Anders has extensive experience leading and developing service companies within technology and security. As CEO of Watchcom Security Group, he and his team built a new MDR service based on Microsoft technology, which later formed the basis for the company’s sale to Telenor Cyberdefence. He continued there as COO until June 2026. Previously, he was responsible for global services at Crayon, led Aztek and helped build cloud services at Orange Business.

SkyeTec is ready to scale further

At SkyeTec, Anders has been involved in developing agentic modules that can be reused across customers, with security as a fundamental principle. Before each module is deployed, ownership, data, access and logging are clearly controlled. The modules are then continuously managed and further developed. This enables customers to get started more quickly without compromising on security.

“SkyeTec has evolved from delivering technology to helping develop our customers’ businesses, with a genuine understanding of how they operate. Our people make this possible, supported by the technical expertise they have built over many years. My role is to turn this into services we can take to market, guide our consultants towards opportunities that create value for our customers, and ensure that we deliver solutions our customers can rely on over time,” says Anders Thulin Røkke.

For Heidi Kristin Haugen, the appointment is also a natural continuation of a working relationship that goes back many years.

“As CGO at SkyeTec, Anders has already helped deliver strong agentic and autonomous AI business solutions. His understanding of both IT and business is something we know well, as we first started working with him more than ten years ago. We are therefore confident that Anders will lead the company forward and contribute to the next phase of SkyeTec’s development,” says Heidi Kristin Haugen, Executive Chair of the Board at SkyeTec.
