Daniel has brought AI agents to life

Daniel Sunde-Hansen – doctoral researcher at BI and AI strategy partner at SkyeTec – lets AI agents discuss, argue and refine proposals overnight. Digi.no takes a look inside his team of digital colleagues.

Daniel Sunde-Hansen is a doctoral researcher in management at BI Norwegian Business School and AI strategy partner at SkyeTec. Digi.no follows him into an everyday life where AI agents play the roles of "the Innovator", "the Challenger" and "the CFO" – digital colleagues that push back on each other's reasoning and run hundreds of iterations of debate overnight.

He builds orchestration layers on top of Claude, ChatGPT and local models that force them to work together, has cloned his advisor's academic perspective into a virtual professor – and built a personal assistant that unlocks with an NFC chip in his hand.

The throughline is autonomy: because he builds the layers himself, he knows exactly which data goes in and out. "To preserve autonomy both as individuals and as a nation, I believe it's important to develop our own layers on top of the big systems," he says. The final decisions he makes himself.
